I would definitely add 4 Priests of Titania, and get rid of the Allosaurus Rider.  Add some elves that draw cards, such as Gempalm Strider (draw or pump elves), Heart Warden, Masked Admirers or Multani's Acolyte.

Where is Kamahl, Fist of Krosa?  4 5 mana you give all your creatures +3/+3 and trample, and it is repeatable!

If you go with Aluren/Recycle, throw in Biorythym and a fireball or two, and add some elves that add red mana.

Throw in something like Crop Rotation, to get to the Gaea's Cradle or Wirewood Lodge.

Elves is all about speed.  Try to bring your converted mana cost to as close to 3 as possible.  Then you can use Elves greatest combo.  Aluren and Recycle.

Take out the Coat of Arms.  It can help but with so many tribal decks out there, it will hurt you more than help.  I would add in Overrun instead.  That way, it's a surprise when it hits.  Your little 1/1's become 4/4 tramplers.  A good trade for those would be the Hunting Triads.  You really don't need them.

As good as Elvish Warrior is, I would switch his spot with other elves that have abilities.

I would also trade one of the elvish champions for Eladamri, Lord of Leaves.  It gives your other elves shroud.

Put 4 Priest of Titania's instead of two.

Take the Allosaurus Riders out.  They hurt more than help.

I would also add in an Elvish Soultiller.  It will bring back the elves in your graveyard.

And since you already have a lot of mana accelerators and wellwishers, I would probably put in 1 Hurricane as a finisher.

As for your Sideboard, I would remove the Heritage Druid.  You listed it as elf but it's actually Druid.  I would put Geae's Herald in it's place.  It's good for playing against counter decks.

I suggest that you should take out some of the 1 of's and replace them with 4 better cards. Also I think you should turn it into a Green-Black deck and add some Shriekmaws and Chameleon Colossus.
