I don't think they looks small. Girls would kill for eyes with that perfect almond shape.

If you want to make them look bigger use black eyeliner but only on the top of the eye and draw a line that extends about halfway. Try some dramatic eye shadows cool colors (purple, burgundy, green, etc.). Use black mascara to make it really pop!

Your eyes aren't too small, but if you want to brighten them or make them appear bigger, try using mascara and white eyeshadow in the inner and outer corners of your eyes. If you want to try out eyeliner, I don't think using it on both the top and bottom are a very good idea. They make your eyes look itty bitty. Almost like you're squinting. Try it on the top OR the bottom. Not both. Love your hair by the way.

Of coarse they are small. You are chinese/ asian.

Try a white eye liner to make you eyes look bigger you can getone at e.l.f.com for 1$$.. there kinda hard to find

I think you look great. I don't think your eyes are small but if you are self concious about them use eyeliner! Also I think you would look great with mascara and blush just to add a little color!
