I need help with my memory card!!?

how do I get my videos i took with my camera from my sandisk memory card to my laptop?

My laptop has a slot in it where the memory card slides right in, but when i put it in it only asks if i want to import the photos. and that is all it does!!

  1. You will have to use your computer skills to drag and drop the other files from your memory card to your computer.
