I need help with my mobile messenger?

i want to text me boyfriend from my yahoo Instant Messenger but i supposidly have to pay for. i dont get this. someone please help me

You have 2 options. You can sign on to Yahoo and then click messenger and text your boyfriend that way for free -or- you can pay a small fee to download Yahoo messenger to your phone and you will be able to sign on and get alerts when someone IM's you. This was is a lot easier if you want to be able to see IM's faster. If you sign on throught the web it takes a little longer and you keep having to click on view message and wait for your phone to go to that web page. I've done both and I personally liked having Yahoo messenger downloaded to my phone. It's up to you but you can do it free or pay a small fee. Hope this helps you! :)
