I need help with my myspace page?

i'm trying to get my page a special way.i saw agirls page she had just picture on it and a song then you click a word on the page then it went to a different page with another song.please help

she probably hid everything except her picture and song

&& then made another myspace page and filled that out & put the link onto her first one ; I'm not really sure what you are asking
