I need help with my phone Sony Ericsson W580i internet!?

A week ago i bought a sony ericsson w580i phone from pasific pall ( toronto ). i cant seem to get the internet working. my friends says its because my phone is debranded and its not rogers or anything. everytime i try to go on the internet, it says communication failure. what should i do??

call the carrier and they should hook it up. it will make it easier on you.
