if the numbercome in as out of area, annymoud ect privacy manager will block it, outside of 900.976 and collectcalls phone companiescan not block individual number wha privact manager will not block the phone companies can not block in other words individual numbers can not be blocked

well, if you don't want to use *77 or use a callerID manager...then there is nothing you can do!!
