I need help with my retainer..!

Question

I just got my top and bottom braces off, and i got my retainer today. It's the kind that is "invisible" but is actually very much seen. Anyway, i went three days before i got it.. and my bottom teeth moved quite a bit. It's almost impossible to get my bottom retainer off..!! i haven't been able to yet.. what can i do?

the retainer will be tight for awhile leave it on a couple of days...yes eat sleep and BRUSH with it in...it will loosen up

I had braces about 10 years ago (whoa ha ha) But when I first got them off I got a retainer also and I remember it being hard to get on & off. Give it another day if you really have a concern you can call the dentist and they will adjust it for you. Good Luck & congrats on getting them off ;)

I say leave it in a little longer, your teeth should move back, if not, you gotta go back to the dentist, sorry
