so i am 14 I'm planning on trying out for my high school volleyball team (i'll be a freshman) and i played for my eighth grade team and i even played club. during club i was a libero which is what i am going to try to be on this team. But over the summer i've lost a lot of my stamina and endurance and stuff. So i already know we're going to have to run a lot so i really need to gain my stamina back. Please help.oh if you also have any tips on how i could spike better and jump higher i would also really appreciate it. My serves are already really good :) but my timing when i'm doing my approach to spike is really bad. (btw i'm pretty short 5'1)so please help me out i have a little over a month
