For summer reading, our book is Tangerine by Edward Bloor.

School doesnt start for another week so don't accuse me of waiting till the last minute, we just got the questions in the mail a week or two ago.

There's only one question left that I need and it is: "What is the author's purpose for writing this book? Cite textual evidence."

I HAVE NOOO IDEA! i mean like i could think of a moral for this book, but how am i supposed to cite textual evidence?!

thanks in advance xoxo

p.s. I tried asking my friends but I don't want to steal their answers and I can't think of ways to reword or use ideas from it.

  1. that type of question is one of those vague questions that teachers ask for no apparent reason. Watch the movie Thank You for smoking to see what I'm talking about.

  2. I have never read that book. Try sparknotes.com though.
