I need help with my video camera help!!!!!!!!!?

Hi, I have a JVC GR-D72U video camera and when I try to capture video it comes out with a reddish tint. It can't capture video outside it just shows all white. Please, I need help getting rid of it.

some video cameras have options to change the color in situations like making it darker in the snow ... have you changed those settings??

Your camera has different advanced options like changing the picture to look old. Turn off sepia under those options.

Check to see if the option for night vision are turned on.

Basically, read the manual and familiarize yourself with the camera. The confuration menu has an option to restore defaults. You might want to start there.
