  1. I've done many web sites but have been really busy lately and can't take on more work. You could use a simple program like FrontPage for a site like that. I use FrontPage 2000 for basic web maintenance. It works similar to Word. Forms are a bit more difficult with it, but perhaps you don't even need those. For graphics, I use Photoshop -- an older version, 5.5, which is fine for the web. You could pick these programs up cheap on ebay. The key to getting a lot of visitors to a web site is to make it simple, have a lot of photos and constantly update it.

  2. I suggest you download Nvu, a free program fro building websites.  I do the sites for my twins club, boy scout troop and girl scout troop and I've never needed any training, just a simple html creator like this one.

  3. Here's a link to a site with step by step instructions for your website building. I see your previous website builder used Frontpage. So you'll probably need to purchase Microsoft Frontpage 6.0 . It's an easy program to work with once you understand the basics. You'll also need to know where the site is hosted so you can FTP the webpages to it. Sound overwhelming. Then go to the University of Oklahoma and check out their website design courses. In fact that would probably be the best bet. Otherwise you can pay someone to develop and maintain your site.
