I need help with my xma tricks?

can some one give a good tip to do a 720 kick in martial arts..

iv been tying to do one for ages...i cant seem to spin fast enough..is there a better way to spin in the air??

Quit doing the fancy stuff, train a real martial art, and you wont have to worry about it anymore.
