I need help with names!?

Question

I'm wanting to collect names to use in a story that I'm wanting to write (no, I don't want to divulge anything about that - sorry)

I'm wanting names that sound like they are from 400+ years back. Also, common names Ralph, changed to a more simplistic and phonetic Rolf. (Michael = Mikal, Jason = Jace, Catherine = Catrine, etc.)
