I need help with pokemon mystrey dungeon !!?

i have the friend bow ive met mew 6 times but he wont join my team ive also got final island any1 know why he wont join ???

ok im taking it u have red or blue?

the highest level pokemon possible with the least size is best

give friend bow to the pokemon that has a high level and little size(ur legends have big size)

mew is no easy pokemon to recruit anyway

try it with like your starter evolved level 60 with the friend bow and see wat happens
