I need help with runescape?

ok my problem is that i can talk to anyone on runescape but when i put all as in everything i cannont here everyone else talking suhc as selling stuff i can only here them if theyre my firneds how can i change this?

in the bottem left of the screen in a button you have to change all the ones down the bottem to public at the moment you have them on privart

ross l is right at the bottom ur talking on private mode people do that to block everyone out and just focus on what there traing or wutever
