I need help with running 110m hurdles and 300m hurdles.?

i run the 110m hurdles, 300m hurdles, 100m dash, and 200m dash. i do will in the dashes but this is my first year running the hurdles. i run a 19.1 in 110m hurdles. and a 54 sec for 300m hurdles. track season is over so i cant ask for help on my form. i need help w/ my form. i can 3 step almost all of the hurdles but i jump over, i dont glide.for 300m, i just need to get that down to about 45 sec. i die after about the 4th hurdle. i dont have enough stamina. so workouts for 110m and 300m hurdles would be most welcome. and tips on form would b helpful. also workouts that i could do in the wieght room would b helpful. THANKS!!
