  1. That's ok. Everyone has stage fright at one point or another. Eventually you'll get used to it and the shaking will happen less often. Just focus on what you are doing and don't get caught up in worrying about yourself. It takes a lot of courage for someone to speak in front of a lot of people.

  2. omgoodnessss i have exact same thing:|

    omg.

    kk

well what i do to help it is i just look at those ppl as if im talking to my friends. and inside i tell myself that i look good, pretty, bla bla u know?

idont know if it will help u but it helped me. basically DO NOT THINKG ABOUT WHAT PPL SAY like at all .

like u know, u dont give, kinda attitude

    it helped me!!

  3. You know what I experiences the same thing. When I was in college and I had to get up in front of the class I would look over every body's head, I would never look at anybody in the face.

I remember one girl more nervous than I, she would say one word at a time very slow, while hitting her hand against her other hand looking at the people in the class. It was so obvious that she was nervous. I even felt sorry for her. I never seen anyone this extreme. I mean my knees shake and so do my hands and 3 minutes seems like an hour.

In short, look over their heads it's going to take awhile to get over your shyness, it won't take over night. Good luck
