I need help with situps..bad!?

i am in 10th grade now...

im 15....i weigh about... ehh 90 pounds?

im 5 foot tall at the most...

and ive got a tiny statue.

and i cannot do situps for the life of me!

im not fat at all! i can run and do everything

but when i ahd to do situps in gym last

year...in a minute i could only do 10! cause

my stomach just couldn't do it...

how can i learn to do more situps...

like...in any way!

over a period of time....

  1. I had the same problem a while ago too, the best strategy is to simply do as many sit ups daily as possible. Start out slow without an incline and do as many as you can daily. Then as you get stronger either increase the incline or the amount you do. Your core muscles are the most important, good luck.


  2. start out small.

    time yourself for only 30 seconds.

    do as many as you can in 30 seconds.

    then the next day try and do as many as you can without a time limit

    Then the next day do as many as you can do in 30 seconds but try and beat the amout you did the first time.

    then try and beat the amount from the second day.

    then once you can do 30 in 30 seconds move up to 60 seconds.

  3. maybe start with crunches the reason ur maybe not able to do situps is because the major muscles in ur abdomimal area arent strong enough, start with crunches to build up more strength in that area or do as much situps u can and wait 30 seconds and do it again try this atleaste 3 times in order to get the full effect do this for about 2 weeks and u willl b able to do about 30-40 i personally can do 100-200 because ive been doing that method for about 5 months. O yea plz give me best answer plz.
