  1. 1. d, you gotta make sure that they're going slow enough (i think it's 10 mph under the speed limit); it should be clear ahead enough for you to pass; if there are any oncoming vehicles, they have to be far enough away & going slow enough so you can pass & not hit them

  2. manbearp you are incorect. Question two says who must yeild? Person to your right have the right of way, so you must yeild meaning car on left.
