Call Social Security.  No difference between that person bilking the system, or just bashing you over the head and stealing money right out of your (and our) pocket.

Call the commonwealth attorney, district attorney, public prosecutor... whichever you have.  Better yet call the Social Security Administration.

I don't mean be negative here but is he/she having 8 SS numbers affecting your life directly? so whay go crazy about it? Eventually he/she will get caught and it will suck for them, don't you think SS office doesn't already know this? being on SS disability myself...they know everything I do before I do it.

Have you tried calling your local police station? If this does not work call your local FBI office.  They will be able to assist you.
