i really want to get my splits...how?

should i just keep practicing everyday?

  1. Well, when I joined my gymnastics team 2 years ago it only took me a month or two to get it (I went 2 times a week so it'd be about 8-16 days)

    If you practice for like 5-10 minutes everyday you should be able to do it in a week or two.

    Here's a video to help you stretch before you attempt the split so you dont pull a muscle, this is what we do at the gym:
