What would it mean if someone would say 3.6 cuft tuned to 35 hertz? please explain the 3.6 cuft and how you "tune" your box to different hertz and whats good or bad please and thank you

Tuned to 35 hertz means the port of the box is tuned to that frequency,and that is determined by the size of the port.

35 hertz is usually about average.
