I need help with syncing an ipod?

when i am listening to my ipod a message comes up that says "your content license expires in 3 days please sync your device" what does that mean and what happens if i dont sync it within 3 days. seriously folks i need somw help i am new to this..thanks

go to your comp. and plug the usb cord that came with you ipod into the comp. then go to itunes and plug your ipod into the usb cord when itunes is open and it should start automatically syncing.

on itunes when you have your ipod pluged in you press file and at the bottom some where in the word sync
