I need help with telephone extension connection?

I have purchased a phone connection for an extension (it mounts above the floor recessed into the wall.) The wiring on back side of it are following colors red-black-yellow-and green: The phone wire from the main box (connection in another room) has colored wires-red-green-2 pink orange-blue- 2white--? Which colors go where??

Only two wires are used for the dial tone. The others are spare. Normally the colors will be red and green. Go  to the outdoor NID , open the customer access door, and see which 2 wires are connected. Whichever these 2 are, match them inside and connect the red and green jack wires to them.
