I need help with the splits?

ok well i need some stretches for the splits, i am trying right leg splits!!! i need really good stretches thanks!!

  1. stretch as far as you can down to each leg and standing up going down as far as possible everyday. soon you will be very flexible and will be able to do it


  2. hold the split as far as you can go for like 90 seconds every other day, it works really well

  3. Alright... This is what I did when I was first learning to do a split.. get your legs warm... stretch really good. as in sit down on the flow spread legs out reach to legs one at a time then middle.. then legs together... then a split is easy.

  4. put ur butt all the way up to a wall, lie on ur back n put ur legs up on the wall. hold it there for 30 seconds. do that 2 times a day.
