I need help with this chemisry experiment Ca(s) H20(I) ----> Ca2 (aq) OH-(aq) H2(g)

i dont understand equations so i need everything to be named in chemicals, thank you verry much. :-)

  1. solid calcium combined with liquid water yields aqueous calcium ions, aqueous hydroxide ions, and helium gas.  


  2. if you drop a piece of solid neutral calcium into water (H2O), it will react with the water molecules, the calcium will disolve and become positively charge ions, and the two water molecules will become hydroxide and hydrogen gas.
