Ok. on my assignment i had to read "The Adventures of Ulysses"

and one of my assignments are to analyze what jobs would be good and bad for him. I had to list why they would or would not be also.

The jobs are:

Undercover Police Detective

Band Director

Foreman on factory line

Diplomat

Elementary Teacher

CEO of shipbuilding corp.

Custodian.

If you read your book you should know what sort of person Ulysses was, what he was capable of and how he felt about certain things. Use this knowledge to determine what jobs would or would not suit him.

Think about what qualities would be required for each job, e.g. patience, skill in a particular area, diplomacy, being inconspicuous (not standing out), taking orders well, leading others well, and so on.  He would likely be good at jobs he had skill in and bad at ones he didn't.
