I need help with this word......?

Doesn't anyone know what "Tira Tira" mean? I asked my parents and aunt and they have no idea? My mom thinks it's a slang word for something. I heard it in a show. Salamat!

"Tira Tira" is a slang word which means "You can do it". It transpired because of the show "My Girl" which was originally a Korean show.

There is also tira-tira which means left over. But if you meant the "My Girl Tira-Tira", what it meant is the former.

In Tagalog, "tira tira" means leftovers.

EDIT: one meaning of tira is to leave behind. "Puro tira-tira na lang kinain ko" means "I only ate all the leftovers". I don't think there's any other meaning to it.

EDIT: Lol, it seems I was wrong. I didn't know My Girl changed  the Korean's "Aja"/"Fighting" to Tira Tira :)). Kinda corny, if you ask me.

I think it's a slang word in Tagalog. "Tira Tira" can be "Cge lang" or "Go!" which means "Just do it".Another meaning is leftovers.
