  1. i can do a backhandspring and they can be difficult if you dont know how to do it, but i would first start on a very soft surface because it somethign doesnt go right then it may hurt, but getting a spot or someone to help you the first few times would be good too, if you knew how to do a roundoff then that would be helpful to you, but to do a backhandspring you basically just go back but you need to keep your arms locked, and then whip your legs over your head.

you could watch some videos on youtube on how to do a backhandspring or something, also

  2. well for a backhand spring you basically just pretend like you are sitting on a chair, and then jump back on to your hands and bring your feet around. for a front hand spring you run and hurdle then go into the handstand position, block, and flip up onto your hands. (a block is a quick shrug of the shoulders) practice these on the trampoline and if you know anyone who is experienced, get them to spot you. also try getting into a tumbling class. it will help a lot i promise.

  3. go to a gym and take some classes just until you get it. otherwise u could really hurt yourself cause your body doesnt know what its doing.
