I need help with two friends...

Question

well they arent really my friends but what ev anyways the first was arrested for battery with ser. bod. injury an then vandalism for $400 he was on probation before hand but they didnt charge him with violation of probation.

the second was charged with battery with ser. bod. injury also and he was charged with violation of probation

i'm just trying to figure out which will be out first! any ideas???

It will depend on their previous records, who can behave while locked up, if they are juveniles or adults, and who went in first.

You need a better class of friends, BTW.

the person with no violation of probation will be out first. they tack on at least 30 days for that.
