Where is the nucleus of Elodea plant located in the cell?

  1. A nucleus is always within a cell and surrounded by a layer of cytoplasm . These are the only constant factors .

    Aside these ; a nucleus may lie ANYWHERE  within that cell.

    Elodea plant has many parts viz. roots stem and leaves.

    The tissue structure is different in these parts .

    You have not mentioned which part of that plant you want to know about .
