I need help with writing my paper

i am writing an advance placement paper on Lyndon Johnson and in my paper i was wondering what grammatical things should i pay special attention to. should i call him Lyndon or Johnson i just really need help revising my paper...any tips would be amazing!

Use Lyndon Johnson/Pres.Johnson?Mr. Johnson when appropriate. You don't want to refer to him as Pres.Before the time he became Pres. And b\try not to use the same title to close together.

Ok, when writing a formal type essay never use words like don't or haven't always spell them out... i.e. do not and have not. Also, when talking about someone you've never met make sure you either use their full name or last name only because I can assume you've never met him? Also, make sure you use a thesis statement to conclude your opening paragraph. Last, with your thesis statement you're going to make three points in the thesis. Make sure that the order you list them in your thesis is the way you list them by paragraph in your paper. If you need anymore pointers or I just really suck at life let me know :) good luck!

Refer to him as Mr. Lyndon B. Johnson.

after the fist reference by full name, just call him Johnson - unless there are other Johnson's you are talking about in the paper.
