Hi! I have to write a business letter to set up an appointment for an annual portfolio review. We never done annual reviews before, so this is new to our clients. Just don't know how to word it. Thanks!

  1. Here's a possible letter.

    Dear Mr. Jones:

If I came to you — sat down across from you at your desk – and said I could show you how you could possibly profit in today’s market, you wouldn’t let me get away until I’d made my words good.

I would like to come to you in person and show you how your present portfolio  might be changed for the better.

This Annual Portfolio  Review  will also include a rundown on several investment opportunities that we believe merit close examination.

This Review puts you under not the slightest obligation.  It simply gives me the chance to go over your Portfolio with you and plan for what you would like to accomplish with the next twelve months.

In the next day or two, I will call you and set up an appointment at your convenience. You name the time and place.

    Yours truly,
