I need help writing a good love story? Its a school project!?

For my writing class we have to write a love story than convert it into a video. I need help with it. Any tips to help me make my love story good, strong, and interesting.

What about a love story between two people who have the same features or habits that make them seem kind of weird to others, but makes a perfect match when they meet each other? Like they both like to snort when they laugh, hop on one leg when they get excited, keep two marbles in their pockets for good luck, and wear different types of red caps and hats where ever they go?
