I need help writing a paper about the Olympics!?

I have to write a paper about "What I Didn't Get To Do Over My Summer Vacation!"

Here's what I have so far:

They're are so many places I would've liked to travel to this summer!

I would have liked to gone to the summer Olympics in Beijing, China. It would have been quite an amazing once in a lifetime experience.

It's too bad that I wasn't invited!

What else should I say?

You mean you couldn't visit China to watch Olympics.

Write about:

1. You didn't get to go to China

2. Why so you want to go to China and why is that important to you

3. Why didn't you get to go to China

4. What would you do in the future to make up for this

I like your idea but you need to rewrite that because honestly it is awful.  When writing a paper do not use contractions!

Do you mean you did not get to compete in the Olympic Games or you did not get to go watch them live as a spectator?  It wouldn't make much sense to talk about not competing if you're not an athlete in the first place training for it.
