My preschooler class loves dancing (or playing Freeze-dance) to "The Nutcracker" and the jazzy "Charlie Brown Christmas" Album.

Nice simple songs that would be easy to use in a group setting (like at circle time and could include movement) include "Jingle Bells," "O Christmas Tree", "The Dreidle Song", "We wish you a merry Christmas".
