It seems that you are misusing the apostrophe on many of the plural words on your page. "Working our butt's off" should be written: "Working our butts off," etc.

What is the Web site's objective? Even after reading through your home page and one of the other pages linked from the left navigation area, I'm unsure as to what the site does -- are you selling something, offering your opinion, do you want your visitors to respond, buy something, learn something?

It's a little confusing to me; I would definitely recommend rethinking some of the site's organization and make the most important information display sooner and higher on the page.
