There are a few hotels (one or two star) in Milan that are in your price range, but mostly with a shared bathroom. The Hotel Gambara http://en.venere.com/hotels_milan/bande_... has single rooms with a bathroom for 40 euro per night. It's not very close to the city center, but there are two metro stops within walking distance.

These are all going to be very basic accomodations; Milan is one of the most expensive cities in Europe (#11 world-wide).
