I need html help please

i want to make a form that will post to the same page like above the form. and i want it to be able to display a picture. please help me.

Well friend, you can't do this alone with html.. you need to know perl, php, or asp.  One of these languages.  PHP is probably the easiest one to learn, but you do this using PHP + HTML, or Perl +html , or asp + html.
