I need ideas for a Ladies Weekend?

I have a few things planned. I have a launch on Friday night we are going to do and bingo on Sunday. But I need things to do for Saturday. I also would like some ideas on how to do the food. What would be the easiest? Should everyone fend for themselves or should we all go in on a pot and buy a bunch of groceries up there? Maybe a little bit of both? I would really like ideas though for fun things to do for saturday. There is one thing we are doing and that is boating out in the bay to do some swimming but that is not an all day thing. Help me please!

Oh fun!  My mom and a lot of women/girls from my family have a girls weekend every year.  They drink LOTS of wine and talk ALL weekend long.  Maybe you would want to do a spa day?  Or shopping....or just do girly things around the house with movies.  For saturday night I would make an elaborate dinner and have everyone pitch in.  For other foods, I would just buy a lot of snacks and dips and things.  Depending on where you are goin I'm sure there are plenty of things you could find...have a good time!

You should all sit down and agree to make one dish each of starter, mains, dessert, etc. I think it's best to buy the groceries when you arrive and you can all cook together (it may get crowded!) but what a nice way to spend time together

What about a progressive dinner, where you move from one house to another having 1 course at each house,  or split into teams and do the same thing at a few houses

Have everyone bring a plate to 1 house for a communal meal
