I need ideas for a New York style pizza place in Ohio?

Planning on opening a New York style pizza place in a metro area that will also feature quality craft beers and a small wine bar.

WHat kind of Ideas do you need?

NYC pizza isn't the best. Thin crust is great but with quality craft beers should come quality pizza with quality items- NYC is very thin, runny, and New Yorkers love it but have def had better.

If you live in Columbus you could call it the "Pinta" as a play on the pint of suds and Columbus.

No just kidding- you could call it Pesto's, Sauce, or whatever your name is with - izzi- added to the end.

Are you a new yorker? because you really cant open a NY pizzeria without being a new yorker, it just wont be authentic
