my birthday is in january and i want to invite about 30 people. ive got a very small budget, and i really am clueless as what to do. any suggestions are great please and thank you

  1. Have a winter formal appetizers & dance. Everyone dresses up, have snow flakes, ice sickles, white lights! Most towns have an inexpensive hall you could rent.
