I need ideas for a psychology research project.?

i am doing a research project for my psych 497 class and i need some ideas on what to do it on...i know i want to do research where you give a bunch of tests to people and i also know i want it to have something to do with the workplace...but nothing is coming to mind...if you cant think of something to do with the workplace ill still take any ideas as long as they are a type of questionaire research...thanks for your help!

What is the focus of your class? Is it general psychology? Research methods?

Why don't you take something and apply it to the workplace? For example the effect it might have on work or how it could be used to improve work.

These can be quite fun;

tests of working memory

stroop tests

tests of the Flanker effect

You could look at how information is processed; visual/auditory

You could look at how people think

If you want to do questionnaires have you considered studying confidence ratings? (overconfidence)
