I need ideas for my 15th birthday party!!?

okay so my birthday is july 5th and im having my birthday on july 4th.

i dont want a theme or anything.

i was thinking of going to "norae bang" which is singing club thing at night.

but i want to take couple of close friends about 7 girls and do something but idk what.

i was thinking dinner but before dinner, i dont know what to do.

also if anyone has suggestions for a nice, elegant dinner in nyc, queens or flushing please, feel free to suggest.

there are places in NY that have a girls night out type of thing where you pay a few bucks and you get to go somewhere nice and they give you goodie bags then there is a place that has prom night ...always fun for a group of overdressed girls
