  1. The best thing i can tell you is that you go on their website and print out their nutrition menu and see how many calories are in every dish and count your points towards that.  That is what i do so i don't feel like i can't eat like everyone, and once you get use to doing that your body will  adjust to it, just remember to try to get half, but everyone needs a cheat day!

  2. I love their pork tenderloin.  You can have either soup or salad before (just watch the cheese and dressing), and just eat like a third of the tenderloin.  It also comes with some roasted potatoes and peppers and you can have a few of those.  Just ask for a box when they bring your entree and put the majority of it in the box and just eat a little bit.  You can also try the apricot chicken, just scrape off most of the sauce to cut on calories.  Or, you can just ask for a grilled chicken breast without any sauce if you really want to cut calories.

  3. I say ditch the diet for just one night. Olive Garden has a dish called seafood fettucini alfredo. Which goes great w/their garlic breead sticks and a zinfindel. Also the chicken primavira. mmmmmmmm. If I dint live so far from one I'd be at the door when they opened! Sorry.. probably not helping, but if you can go there and not cheat, your willpower is unquestionable.

  4. tomato soup

  5. get a soup and salad. avoid the breadsticks

  6. Hi, they do a lovely salad and have some  meat protein, skinless chicken is your best option. Avoid any carbs and you will be fine. Enjoy x
