I need incentive ideas for a call center w/ low budget?

What are some cheap incentive rewards i can give to employees to help motivate them? any ideas?

What I do is give my customers and employees Vacation Certificates.  These certificates you can give them a 3 Days / 2 Nights vacation certificate.  Take a look at the site in my reference source below.  You can get a free certificate and the company will send you sign-up information as well.  Any one who reads this can get a free vacation on me!  See it works (smile).  Hope this helps.

Ask them what they would like!  You may be surprised at how little it is.  Call center jobs are very stressful and you take a lot of verbal abuse, employee turnover is high.  Don't cheapen the job by trying to cheapen the reward.  In other words, don't buy some junk from the $1 store to give as a gift!

Would like to know what the callers  are selling or setting . I would give a gift certificate to a nice steak dinner or similar  for first and offer three places so more try to win .
