I need info on a Glasgow Fleming serving platter?

Question

This is an old platter. I bought from a lady in Sacramento,Calif in 1993. She said as a little girl she remembers her grandmother having it. In 1993 this lady was 92 years old. True or not it is just this ladies word. platter size 20"long,15"wide 1 1/2" deepGold trim outer edge then deep blue the gold trim again. If somebody can help me I can send you a picture of it .
