  1. rabbits love oatmeal and they also eat almost any kind of vegetable, you can go to walmart and buy a bag of food for $5 just go to petco and you will findd everything you need

  2. I poddy trained my bunny. It went in a box that I cleaned out every day after school. Although it was a lil bit more expensive, it made keeping her cage clean waaay easier. They love fresh fruits and vegetables. And a bag of food at K-mart it like 3 dollars. They also like alfalfa which is pretty cheap! I gave mine lots of treats, like yogurt drops, wafer crisps, veggie cookies, or make your own!

    A great recipe is:

    Dried Fruit Balls

    Ingredients:

    1 cup- whole wheat flour

    3/4 cup- yellow cornmeal

2/3 cup- dried mixed fruit bits

    1 tsp.- oil

    1/2 cup- fruit juice

    Directions:

Preheat oven to 250 degrees and grease cookie sheets.

Mix all ingredients with a pastry blender.

Make 1/2" balls and place on the cookie sheet. (The balls will not spread, so you can put them as close as you wish.)

    Bake for 45 minutes.

Leave the balls in the oven until it cools. This will cause the balls to dry out and be crunchy.

But don't feed them to her everyday or she will get fat.

  3. They're usually around $30.00, and the cages are usually over $100.00.  Buy a cage from cavycages.com instead though, they have better prices, and they're cages are much bigger, and small animals do need a lot more space than the store-bought cages can give them.  The food is usually inexpensive, especially if bought in quantity.  Rabbits need hay, pellets and fresh vegetables.  The following link provides two- kmshayloft.com .  You have to provide the fresh vegetables.  That website is really great, you could buy 10 pounds of hay for $25.00, which is a very good deal, that site also provides inexpensive pellets.  Hope this helps.
