  1. With homeschooling you self-study under the guidance of a parent/guardian-- so of course you could begin to study any of those things, or anything in the world that you want. If you went to the library it would be free.

  2. You live in a state with great homeschooling laws. There are little to no requirements.  You can read about them here:

    http://www.hslda.org/laws/default.asp?St...

Basically, this frees you up to study anything you want, in any manner you want.  Start thinking about what you want to study and how you want to study it.  This info may help:

Homeschooling opens up a world of opportunity.  You could study sociology or psychology by reading book from the library or even through a volunteer opportunity or internship.

The amount it costs depends on which program you choose.  Here are some tips for affordable homeschooling:

Of course you will need to make sure you meet the requirements of any college you want to attend.  Good luck!

  3. It depends on the methods you choose

There is often limited choosing in CORE subjects (Math, English, Science)

    But there are electives.

Now if you go free form (which won't lead to an accredited diploma) you can pick and chose for everything and anything.

The primary accredit choices come from different "schools" of operation

    Like Penn Foster, ABeka, K-12,

Free form can cost as little as $100 or $150 (Borders for some books, library or thirft store for others)

Penn Foster and ABeka cost more, especailly for the accredited courses.

    Upwards to $1,500 a year.

For a HS Junior typically youi need to take

    Geometry or Trig or Pre-Cacl

Biology or Math Chemistry or Physics

    English Lit

    English Comp

World History or Poly Sci or Civics

    IF you're a college major

    AP courses would be best

  4. Check the below link out. Its under constructiona and will have alot more information soon, but there should be some information on there that should be able to help you.

here if u have any ?s

    just email me  @     abradley2008@alltel.blackberry.com

  7. There are online public schools that are free.

  8. Some home school programs offer satellite, so it is like you are in private school.

You can take any classes you want, as long as the curriculum is offered.  You can mix any types of curriculum, so those two classes are a possibility.

I would recommend taking the SAT and ACT tests when you graduate.  This is how you get placed in college.

Home school is cheaper than private school, but the price varies according to the curriculum you choose.  Some is really expensive, and some is cheap, but price doesn't necessarily determine quality.
